Connor R
Chief Executive Officer
Connor joined the jaDev Team in 2023 as Operations Director, overseeing all of the companies day to day operations. Connor was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2024 and is now responsible for the running of the company.
Kiera M
Chief Operating Officer - Services
Kiera joined the jaDev Team in early 2024 as Community Relations Director, focusing on our brand image. Kiera now works alongside Connor as Chief Executive Officer and is also our Chief Operating Officer for Services, ensuring our customers get the highest level of support and our partnerships are maintained.
James A
Chief Operating Officer - Infrastructure
James joined the jaDev team in April 2025 as HR Manager, looking after all of the companies employees. James is now on the Executive Leadership Team as Chief Operating Officer for Infrastructure and is responsible for the day to day operations across the companies. James is also responsible for the Subsidiary Companies by jaDev.
Eden K
Chief Product Officer
Eden joined the jaDevelopment Team as a in-house Developer in late 2023 whilst also being a part of Armodia Systems. In late 2024, Armodia Systems was bought out by jaDevelopment and Eden now runs both Armodia Systems and keeps up with his role in Digital Development at jaDevelopment In April 2025, Eden joined the Executive Team as Chief Product Officer, responsible for everything development and marketing.
Chris A
Chief People Officer
Chris joined jaDevelopment in early 2023 working alongside James and Jay ensuring that all of our employees are looked after before leading day to day operations for a period of months. In August 2025, Chris took a step back into the role of Chief People Officer taking a lead on HR, Recruitment and Culture across the group.
Bach M
Chief Customer Officer
Bach joined jaDevelopment in 2024 as a Customer Experience Advisor and worked his way up to the role of Team Leader focusing on Staff Mentoring and Development, he was the primary management contact on call for anything that arised. In June 2025, Bach accepted the role of Chief Customer Officer heading up the Customer Experience Team.
Josh M
Non Executive Director
Josh founded jaDevelopment in 2022 with Aidan and never invisioned that it would grow to the size it has today! Josh has since taken a step back from the day to day operations of the company, handing over the reins to Connor and now works alongside the Executive Team to keep the company operational.
Alex W
Non Executive Director
Alex joined the jaDev Team in 2022 as a Developer, working alongside the team already present on a number of our most popular products. Alex is now Development Director, overseeing the entire team and leading our new upcoming projects. Alex is supported by Zak who heads up Digital Development, working like a well-oiled machine delivering products. In April 2025, Alex joined the Ownership Team in his role of Chief Development Officer.
Aidan M
Non Executive Director
Aidan founded the company in 2022 with Josh and again never envisioned that the company would grow to the size that it has today. Aidan has now taken a step back to purely be an Owner, keeping up to date with everything that goes on!

Zak O
Digital Development Manager
Zak joined the jaDev Team in 2022 due to the merge of jaDev and GB Development. Zak has been here since then as Digital Development Manager, now supported by Alex on the ROBLOX side who is bringing his fresh skills and ideas to the team. Zak also leads our Backend & Proxy Development.
Thomas R
Finance Manager
Thomas joined the jaDevelopment Team in 2022 as Operations Director and they say the rest of it is now history! Thomas now works alongside the Executive Team as their Advisor for everything Management and Finance.
Cal R
Customer Experience Manager
Cal joined the jaDevelopment Team at the start of April 2025, taking on the responsibility after Bach moving up to the Customer Experience Manager position. Cal brings a fresh face of ideas to the team and is responsible for the day to day running of the department alongside Charley and Bach.
Jay L
People & Culture Manager
Jay joined the team in August 2025 and is the newest addition to the Management Team here at jaDev. Jay works alongside James ensuring all of our employees are looked after.
Fin D
Partnerships Manager
Fin joined the team in late 2024 and looks after all of our affiliates, ensuring that regular communication is maintained and that we do not miss out on any opportunities to engage with other companies across the ROBLOX platform. Fin's role is essential to our Business Growth & Development and he works closely with Chris and James in Operations to ensure this happens.

Marketing & Media Manager
Ben originally joined the jaDev Team in mid 2024 as a Graphic Designer, bringing a help of experience to the team and revolutionising our Marketing approach. Ben is now the Marketing & Media Manager, overseeing the team that is responsible for our Social Media Presence as well as producing our Marketing Materials.

Customer Experience Team Leader
Charley joined the jaDevelopment Team in late 2024 as a Customer Experience Advisor whilst also working in Partnership Relations as an Associate assisting Fin. Charley joined the Customer Experience Leadership Team in April 2025 alongside Cal, bringing fresh ideas and a new face to the leadership team.

Marketing Coordinator
Charlie started out in 2024 as a Customer Experience Advisor, after a period of working in Customer Experience Charlie decided a move was in need and transferred over to Social Media as their Coordinator. Charlie now oversees the Social Media Team, working alongside Ben to ensure we keep you all up to date on our social accounts!
