Job Description: As a Customer Experience Advisor at jaDevelopment, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our ROBLOX-based products and services.

- Handling and resolving user inquiries through Discord tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Answering enquiries and acting as a company ambassador for our products and brand name in Discord Tickets.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
- Collaborating with the Customer Experience Management Team on tickets that require escalation.,
- Become apart of the Quality Assurance team (if selected) to beta test upcoming jaDevelopment products.
