Josh M
Managing Partner
Josh founded jaDevelopment in 2022 with Aidan and never invisioned that it would grow to the size it has today! Josh has since taken a step back from the day to day operations of the company, handing over the reins to Connor and now works alongside the Executive Team to keep the company operational.
Alex W
Managing Partner
Alex joined the jaDev Team in 2022 as a Developer, working alongside the team already present on a number of our most popular products. Alex is now Development Director, overseeing the entire team and leading our new upcoming projects. Alex is supported by Zak who heads up Digital Development, working like a well-oiled machine delivering products. In April 2025, Alex joined the Ownership Team in his role of Chief Development Officer.

Managing Partner
Aidan founded the company in 2022 with Josh and again never envisioned that the company would grow to the size that it has today. Aidan has now taken a step back to purely be an Owner, keeping up to date with everything that goes on!
Connor R
Managing Partner
Connor joined the jaDev Team in 2023 as Operations Director, overseeing all of the companies day to day operations. Connor has since taken a step back from the day to day operations of the company and now works alongside Josh and James to ensure the company remains operational.

James A
Managing Director
James joined the jaDev team in April 2025 as HR Manager, looking after all of the companies employees. James was appointed Managing Director in September 2025 and is now responsible for the running of the company.
Kiera M
Public Relations Director
Kiera joined the jaDev Team in early 2024 as Community Relations Director, focusing on our brand image. Kiera now works alongside Cal ensuring our customers get the highest level of support and our partnerships are maintained.
Eden K
Development Director
Eden joined the jaDevelopment Team as a in-house Developer in late 2023 specialising in Digital Development before joining the Executive Team as Development Director in April 2025 responsible for everything development and marketing.
Jay L
Operations Director
Jay joined the jaDev team in August 2025 as a member of the HR Team ensuring all of our employees were looked after. In September 2025, Jay was appointed Operations Director and is responsible for overseeing all of the companies day to day operations.
Chris A
Non Executive Director
Chris joined jaDevelopment in early 2023 working alongside operations to ensure that all of our employees are looked after before leading day to day operations for a period of months. In August 2025, Chris has since taken a step back from the day to day operations and now advises when he can.

Zak O
Senior Developer
Zak joined the jaDev Team in 2022 due to the merge of jaDev and GB Development. Zak has been here since then as Senior Developer, now supported by Alex on the ROBLOX side who is bringing his fresh skills and ideas to the team. Zak also leads our Backend & Proxy Development.
Thomas R
Finance Manager
Thomas joined the jaDevelopment Team in 2022 as Operations Director and they say the rest of it is now history! Thomas now works alongside the Executive Team as their Advisor for everything Management and Finance.
Cal R
Public Relations Coordinator
Cal joined the jaDevelopment Team at the start of April 2025, taking on the responsibility after moving up to the Public Relations Coordinator position. Cal brings a fresh face of ideas to the team and is responsible for the day to day running of the customer experience and partnerships de department alongside Kiera.
