The role of a Customer Experience Advisor at jaDevelopment is to support our customer-facing operations by delivering a consistent, professional and positive support experience through our ticket system. The role contributes to assisting customers with general enquiries, providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring all interactions with customers reflect the high level of Customer Service that we currently offer.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues and expected to constantly uphold high customer satisfaction and strengthen trust within the community, as well as supporting ongoing service improvement. It is advised for this role that you have a basic understand of ROBLOX Studio and the products that we offer.

The successful post holders will have the opportunity to express their interest in our Internal Quality Assurance Team (QAT) who test all of our products before they are released to the public or Beta Testers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling and resolving user enquiries through the Discord Ticket System in a timely and professional manner that represents jaDevelopment in a good light.
  • Answering queries and acting as a company ambassador for our products and brand name in Discord Tickets.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams whilst maintaining clear communication with the Customer
  • Collaborating with the Public Relations Management Team on matters that require escalation.
  • Collaborate with other Advisors to resolve issues, or queries in a timely and professional manner ensuring the customer always gets the most accurate customer service.

Role Dimensions

  • Able to work independently or as part of a team to support the delivery of jaDevelopment’s digital communications and online presence.
  • Responsible for contributing to quality assurance processes, maintaining appropriate records, and supporting administrative tasks related to social media and marketing activity.
